Harangan Man ng Habagat: Sandoval Assumes Ninang Role in Kasalang Barangay

Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval joined the community of Barangay Tinajeros as a principal sponsor during its recent Kasalang Barangay, where 10 couples exchanged vows of lifelong love and commitment.

The city chief executive expressed her joy in witnessing the milestone occasion and extended her heartfelt blessings to the newlyweds as they begin their journey together. “Nakakatuwang maging bahagi ng isang napakahalagang araw sa buhay ng ating mga bagong mag-asawa,” (“It is a joy to be part of such an important day in the lives of our newlyweds,”) Sandoval shared in a Facebook post.

As their ninang, Mayor Sandoval offered a warm prayer for the couples’ future, wishing them a harmonious relationship grounded in mutual respect and understanding. “Nawa’y maging matatag ang inyong pagsasama, puno ng pagmamahalan, pag-unawa, at respeto sa isa’t isa,” (“May your union be strong, filled with love, understanding, and respect for one another,”) she added.

Concluding her message, the mayor congratulated all the couples and encouraged them to walk hand-in-hand as they build their shared lives together.
