Four research papers by City of Malabon University (CMU) scholars were presented at the 17th International Conference on E-Education, E-Business, E-Management and E-Learning (IC4e) in Fukuoka, Japan.
In a Facebook post, Malabon City Mayor Jeannie Sandoval celebrated the accomplishment in a Facebook post, highlighting that the studies were officially published in IEEE Xplore and SCOPUS-indexed proceedings.
The featured research focused on local innovations including smart city concepts, digital governance, tourism experiences, technology adoption among micro and small enterprises, and social media brand building.
Mayor Sandoval emphasized that these studies demonstrate how knowledge generated locally can make significant contributions to the global academic and technological landscape.
“Mula Malabon hanggang Fukuoka, dala ninyo ang husay, talino, at galing ng mga Malabueño (From Malabon to Fukuoka, you bring the skill, intelligence, and excellence of the Malabueños),” Mayor Sandoval expressed in her post praising the researchers.
The city mayor extended her gratitude to the academic team for their hard work and dedication to meaningful local research.
“Maraming salamat sa inyong sipag, talino, dedikasyon, at patuloy na paghahatid ng pananaliksik na may tunay na kabuluhan sa ating komunidad (Thank you very much for your hard work, intelligence, dedication, and continuous delivery of research that has real significance to our community),” Mayor Sandoval added.
