Las Piñas Rep. Mark Anthony Santos said he supports the goals that President Ferdinand Marcos Jr. outlined in his State of the Nation Address.
Santos said he backs good governance, proper infrastructure, housing, and more opportunities for Filipinos.
He said he is pursuing the same goals for Las Piñas by focusing on the proper implementation of projects and use of public funds.
“Sa Las Piñas, isinasalin natin ito sa konkretong pagkilos sa pamamagitan ng pagtutok sa mga nabinbin at napabayaang proyekto, pagsusulong ng pananagutan sa paggamit ng pondo ng bayan, at pakikipag-ugnayan para sa maayos na solusyon sa pabahay,” he said.
He said he believes that through collective action, they could address the long-time problems of the city.
