Muntinlupa City Mayor Ruffy Biazon expressed his excitement as he joined the official opening of The Product Makers’ (TPM) Southeast Asia Regional Innovation Hub located inside Madrigal Business Park in Alabang. The arrival of the prominent firm marks a major milestone for the city’s local economy and fits into its ongoing development plans.

The inclusion of the major establishment aligns perfectly with the local government’s goal to transform Muntinlupa into a prime destination for commercial growth and corporate advancement. In a Facebook post, Biazon noted that despite competing with larger localities, the city boasts a distinct competitive edge that appeals directly to modern enterprises.

“Part of our vision is for Muntinlupa to become a hub for business and innovation. We may not be as big as some other cities, but I believe we have something unique to offer—our strategic location, talented people, and the distinct ‘southern’ lifestyle that many businesses are now looking for,” Biazon explained.

The city takes great pride in being selected by TPM, a well-known Australian manufacturer specializing in innovative Southeast Asian flavors and ingredients.
