Rep. Eric Olivarez urges concerned residents to vote in plebiscite to set barangay boundaries

Parañaque Rep. Eric Olivarez called on residents in five barangays to participate in the July 25 plebiscite to ratify the ordinance that sets the boundaries of the reclaimed areas within the city.

The ordinance seeks to adopt the straight line policy in determining the amended boundaries.

This covers Barangays Baclaran, Tambo, Don Galo, La Huerta and San Dionisio.

Olivarez said the residents’ opinions are important and their votes are crucial in resolving the issue.

This is why they should turn up at the polls on July 25, he said.

Voting will be from 7 a,m. to 3 p.m.

“Maging handa at gamitin ang iyong karapatang bumoto,” he said.
