Caloocan gets ‘unmodified opinion’ from COA, says Malapitan

Caloocan Mayor Dale “Along” Malapitan shared that the city’s 2025 financial statements has obtained “unmodified opinion” from the Commission on Audit.

“Lubos pong nagpapasalamat ang Pamahalaang Lungsod ng Caloocan sa pagkakaloob ng 𝐔𝐧𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 sa ating financial statements sa taong 2025 mula sa Commission on Audit (COA),” said Malapitan.

Malapitan said that the audit opinion shows that the city government is responsible in spending public funds.

“Ito po ang pinakamataas na audit opinion na ibinibigay ng COA sa mga ahensya ng pamahalaan at iba pang mga pampublikong institusyon,” said Malapitan.

“Ang pagkilalang ito ay patunay ng ating patuloy na pagsusumikap na mapanatili ang maayos at responsableng paggamit ng pondo ng lungsod,” he added.

“Bilang alkalde, layunin po nating pagsikapan ang mas mahusay na pamamahala at tapat na serbisyo sa ating mga kababayang patuloy na nagtitiwala sa ating liderato,” he continued.
