The City Government of Caloocan has successfully secured an “Unmodified Opinion” from the Commission on Audit (COA) for its 2025 financial statements. Caloocan City Mayor Along Malapitan expressed his deep gratitude to the state auditors for the distinction, which stands as the highest audit rating given by the COA to government agencies and public institutions. The notable recognition highlights the local government’s compliance with state auditing standards and financial regulations.

According to Malapitan’s Facebook post, this milestone underscores the local administration’s strict adherence to transparency and accountability.
